“The only option we wanted to go with happened to have an indoor temp controlled unit for us. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. The facility was taken care of and leaving our belongings there was a safety you can't put a price on. We had no issues with insects or critters residing in our items (though we did use totes and not boxes (highly recommend) due to the upkeep and spraying they did. You could see the bodies of the deceased after they sprayed on the outside of the units confirming they do indeed do what they can within their control. Not a complaint, just fact. The carts they supply made the move in and out much easier then if we had to foot it all in/out by hand. The temp control always seemed to work when we would go to the unit and nothing molded or got musty. Granted all items you plan to leave should be taken in consideration, though this would still be my first choice if that option wasn't available.”
“I didn't feel like customer service was high on the list of priorities, I gave an earlier review that was my honest opinion and rated based on my recent experience, however U haul and the manager of this location have reached out to me and apologized and refunded part of my rental fee, which I feel is more than fair and shows they do want their customers to be happy and taken care of and I appreciate them for doing so”

“Found this place by accident yesterday in need of an emergency refill after the hours of when my normal place was closed. It was 100lb tank and I considered getting only 5 or so gallons to get me through the night knowing uhaul and such is normally more and filling my 2 tanks the next day. Well, the price ended up being $2.75/gal (cash is king to avoid CC fee) (which I'm sure will flex a little with winter coming as they all do) VS the $3.199/gal I paid at Ferrell gas in October. Today I took and filled my other tank, he remembered and welcomed me back. Seems like a very nice guy, a little further drive but for the lower price, later hours and open for the weekend, I have found my new propane provider. Thanks, and see you soon!!”
“U-Haul Tucson performed two different hitch installations for me, and both experiences were excellent. Staff is knowledgeable, and both hitches (on separate cars) are reliable.”
“I tried two different companies before someone recommended this company. The last two companies filled someone else's tank and it was a pain to deal with. I low key had PTSD lol Anyways so happy with these guys. Customer service a 10. The driver made sure to call me and ask if he was at the right tank. I was so happy he did. Really appreciated that. Will be using these guys for as long as I need to fill a tank! Also price was way less then I was expecting.”
“Hal has helped me just about every time I've gone in there. I buy storage units at auction, so I need a trailer often. He is exceptional at his job and has helped in any way he can. The facility and everyone there is top notch. Now yes it's their job, but in a society where customer service is more often less than par. My experience there every time is without a doubt the best”
