I stopped by the store to purchase a chain tensioner for my Catrike and asked for assistance with the item and how to install it. The two staff members were terrific; they were very supportive and gave me advice. They told me to come back if I had any problems or questions with the installation.

Great little place that has all the experience and products you would expect in a bike store. Quick and quality service, couldn't ask for more. This is still true even after the ol' Goog asked me to update the review.
