Sonesta ES Suites Tucson is a spacious and comfortable hotel that offers well-equipped suites and cozy apartments. Many guests appreciate the large, clean rooms with comfortable beds, full kitchens, and generous amenities such as full-size refrigerators, stoves, sinks, dishwashers, and utensils, making it suitable for longer stays. The grounds are well-maintained and generally clean, providing a pleasant environment. The property is praised for its friendly and helpful staff, who go out of their way to assist guests and make them feel welcome. Guests also enjoy the welcoming attitude towards pets, with treats available for dogs and cats, and the ability to bring furry friends along.
However, some reviews mention that certain amenities are outdated or occasionally lacking, such as missing remote controls, limited utensils, or minor cleanliness issues in bathrooms. There are a few safety concerns noted, like beds near half-wall balconies, which require caution, especially for children. Breakfast options are considered decent, though some guests found the amenities limited, and a lack of ice was noted by one reviewer. Overall, visitors find Sonesta ES Suites Tucson to be a good choice for long-term stays, thanks to its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and pet-friendly policies, despite some minor updates needed.
Betsy at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful. I would stay here for the customer service alone.

More than a room it is an apartment as it is also equipped with a kitchen ideal for those who want to stay more than a few days and want to cook. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Parking is free

This is an older place. It's clean. Maybe needs some renovating, but staff is friendly and very accommodating which makes up for lack of new renovated countertops, fridges, dishwashers, closet doors etc.
