Top tier Hyatt member here - I have over 100 nights this year, so lots to compare this to. Good location is about all I can say here. Property was not originally a Hyatt Place. Worst Hyatt I have ever stayed as a member. The room is dirty and old. Especially comparing with other Hyatt place. The front desk is literally just a laptop.
