Swarovski LA ENCANTADA is located in a very nice, peaceful, clean, and professional outdoor shopping mall. It is a favorite mall in Tucson, described as wonderful, quiet, and clean with a great variety of higher end stores. The complex offers plenty of parking, including some covered parking, and features multiple different dining options. The location is also noted for having the only Apple Store in the area, a main reason many people visit, where the staff are reported as professional and not rude even during peak times. The Swarovski store itself receives high praise for its complete transformation, with a warm and very professional welcome. The staff are described as wonderful, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun, representing the company to its highest degree. The mall overall is seen as safe in the morning with roving security and provides clean, open bathrooms, along with stairs, escalators, and elevators, making it accessible for all visitors, including those looking for a place to walk and window shop.
The girls at this location are always very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and looks very nice.

Fave mall in Tucson! I always find what I'm looking for. Not to mention the only store in the area with an Apple Store!

Very nice open-outdoor mall! I have been a few times in the past in Tucson trips and it was always good and this time was not any different! We walked around all the shops (our main reason for being there was to go to Lush) and my niece and nephew enjoyed being there very much! They had a great variety of stores as well!
