Raquel and the store manager were great! Was able to use my public safety discount and port over 5 lines for minimal out the door. They worked with us to get the lowest monthly rate and out the door price which ended up being lower than quoted. It took a little over 2 hours to port over but the whole floor staff is nice to be around and professional. Didn’t mind how long it took (I knew it would take awhile changing providers and porting 5 lines).Thanks again!!

The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I could not give zero stars. Ever since I switched over to T-Mobile for Internet, my printer will not connect to their internet. Their router has no WPS button. My printer worked until the day I switched to T-mobile internet ?. I have talked to several tech support personnel, and none can help. So I brought my printer to the T-Mobile Office on Old Vail Road in Tucson, AZ and talked to the Manager, Daniel. All I wanted was for Daniel to simply connect my printer to their office internet, and it wouldn’t connect. He told me I needed a computer to make it work … really????? I haven’t had a computer in years and it’s worked fine till I switched to T-mobile internet!!! I asked to talk to his supervisor, and he said he did not have to give me that info. He was rude and unprofessional. I REGRET THE DAY I SWITCHED TO T-Mobile Internet. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Worst experience I have ever had. It has been 5 months and the phone I traded in for credit still has not reached the warehouse. I have made 5 trips to the store and each time they tell me I need to call T Mobile. TMobile tells me it is a store issue.

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire return process. I had a question about my account and other products and Juan Perez responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience was outstanding!

Update:While our initial visit was awesome, everything since has not been. The process for switching service and getting our phones paid off was not as described and led to a couple hundred dollars in excess charges and multiple visits to our old carrier’s store to fix. We were told to contact Brandon directly if we had any issues, but multiple calls have gone unanswered, and the store personnel that took our calls were, honestly, pretty rude. The actual cell phone and data service is better than our old carrier, at $140 cheaper every month. While I highly recommend T-Mobile, I cannot recommend using this location for service.Everyone in the store was amazing. Brandon handled our swap personally. He thoroughly explained all the details, then quickly took care of porting over our phones and numbers. Overall, a normally painful experience was made pretty enjoyable. My entire family was very happy.

I just have to say customer service here is amazing. We recently switched from AT&T to Tmobile and I did most of the leg work online. I dropped into the store and Juan and his colleague beyond helpful and kind. This is the major reason we switched to Tmobile. Keep up the good work.

The location on Old Vail Road. Brandon the Manager of the location is the perfect person for the job. On 6/27/2023 I was trying to change to a different company and when my phone stopped working I flipped out. I called the the help desk and was on the phone for 2 hours at home and was hung up on 3 times.At this point I was done with the situation. I need a working phone this is how i do business.I got to the store and one associate did not understand what I was needing. So she brought in the store manager Brandon. As folks came and gone though out the time I was there. 5.5 hours Brandon, Jose, and Jennifer where there helping me get a old of this other company. I was able to get my phone back to T-mobile with no charge and it did take time. But it was not T-mobile fault it was all this other company for putting me on hold and not answering the phone for 5 hours.If it was not for this location I would have tossed my phone and went and got another one. I will always go to this location for making me comfortable and welcomed. Thank you Team.

I've been putting off for a while changing phone companies because I have been traumatized in the past feeling overwhelmed, ignored, or rushed through a process it wasn't clear I understood. But T-mobile had some pretty good deals and I for several reasons I was not satisfied with my previous phone company. Brandon, the store manage, was amazing, walking us through the entire process, explaining everything fully and answering our questions patiently. The whole experience was extremely positive and I left there very impressed--and a T-mobile customer.

Horrible help. My voice messages were not coming to my phone. I went in for help. They mentioned that my voice mail “might” be full. However they did call my number and was able to hear my message and the worker said we will give it a few minutes to see if it comes through. It did not. Then we used my phone to call my number and we were able to hear her say “we will wait a few minutes…” I said that is your message. She literally said that wasn’t her and she didn’t speak Spanish. It wasn’t in Spanish. She said there it works. No it doesn’t. Then a gentleman got involved and said I “probably “ need to reset my voicemail. I mentioned there were some messages from my deceased mother that i didn’t want to lose. He mentioned the reset again and he didn’t want to do that and lose my mother’s messages. I just said that. He said I could save the message, but I would have to figure out how to do it. Just to clarify, I have to figure it out. He said yes because they are not technicians. I walked out of there wishing there was not a merger between Sprint and them. Sprint was always very helpful or at least guiding me to the right people to help.If I call my number to reach my voice mail, everything is gone “still”

Got 3 new phones and home internet. Sales tells me you are getting streaming channels for free. All bs. I go back in and I’m told oh they changed the promotion. Verify everything they tell you. Make it just like buying a car. Check every detail as they flat lie to you.

What a great experience, start to finish! Every single member of the staff that was there today, Brandon, Juan, Orane and Nate, were all soooo helpful! Not only were they kind and personable, but they went out of their way to help me with my camera lens repair and screen protector replacement. I cannot recommend this store enough, I will for sure be coming back to this location next time I'm in need of help! Two thumbs up!
