T.J. Maxx is a store with a wonderful inventory and reasonable, unbeatable prices. Customers frequently find what they are looking for and discover gems tucked behind other items. The store is set up beautifully, clean, and a fun place to look around, especially for holiday decorations. Staff are described as very friendly, professional, kind, polite, and top notch, with enough cashiers so customers do not have to wait in line. While the store is generally well-organized, some aisles can occasionally be blocked. The selection is ever-changing and incredible, often leading customers to find much more than they initially planned. It is a pleasure to browse, and many customers plan on returning very soon.

Extremely nice workers, some that aren't so nice,but mostly good service when they are available. They seem to always be short on staff to help out with jewelry or perfume. Yet I always see enough workers. They're just always incredibly busy.
