The store itself is pretty small and not a big place, which can lead to it feeling very crowded. Some find the product variety not sized for a family and wish for more options. A specific concern involves the milk, which some report often goes bad before the stated date, potentially due to how it is stored. Additionally, some labeling, such as on dried fruit products, could be more clear about gluten-free processing.
Despite these points, the store is very clean and organized. The cashiers and staff are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, fast, and polite. Most importantly, Trader Joe's offers unique, high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience, with many fantastic snacks and interesting items that are hard to find elsewhere.

Roman was our cashier and he was so warm and kind to my elderly mother. I was so pleased with his customer service and he made my Mom's day. I was especially pleased as two men in the produce department were dismissive and curt with my mother when she was jus trying to chat with them. Do better gentlemen, be like Roman!
