I went here to have a financial aid document notarized so I could continue to receive funds from the Department of Education. The notary who completed the document made an error in her expiration date and proceeded to scribble it out initial it and correct it. I asked if this would be an issue and she replied no it wont be. Well it was three weeks later my school rejected the document because of that error. When i went back to address this issue the notary I originally dealt with was not there she was on vacation. The lady I spoke to this time stated she was the owner. I explained the situation what was at stake, I was missing out on funds and could very well be restricted from enrolling in the next term for school if I dont get that document turned back in as soon as possible. After a bit of back and forth she agreed to do the notary at no cost but refused to help at all with the shipping initially. She wanted proof that it was their fault I was back. I was able to access the email from my school on my phone to show her it was rejected due to the notary scribbling out the date. It is a federal document there can be no errors on it. After showing her the email she finally agreed to give me 2 day priority shipping at no cost and kept reiterating about how she was losing out on a lot of money. The shipping ended up showing just over $50 for it, I could potentially lose out on thousands of dollars and my education because of this document and yet you feel the need to keep repeating about how you're losing SO much money. If that $50 is that important to your wallet, maybe you should deduct it from your other notary's pay next check.

Hours say they close at 6 but I arrived at 5:45 and as I got out of my car they closed their security gate and locked me out.

I went in with a confusing situation over a baseball bat I just purchased but can’t get anyone to know how to exactly get what was needed a QR vice from where I purchase item which was AMAZON!!!! I allowed him to speak as me and we came to same little stupid road block. Amazon was pulling u wrong bat’s information!!! He just overly listened to me and trusted in me that I’m so impressed with him and the store I want to apply to work there. Only that store. I use to load/unload the UPS semi trucks in frozen ROCKFIRD ILLINOIS before finding USAF and serving 22 years. In. Thank you again young man. JJ

I recommend UPS Store (#2835) because they have always been professional and friendly. I have had a mail box there for almost 5 years.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was there at 930 on Friday and I had a huge package and was struggling to get it through the door and then two patrons helped me(which was very gracious) I then proceeded to the desk and the young blonde employee with glasses rolled her eyes and scoffed at me for no reason...
Absolutely ridiculous...do better

Never ever go back to this place again. I went this morning to send a gift to my friends in Las Vegas, and the lady trying to charge me almost $100 , My box only weight 13pounds. And she asked for my friend zip code in Las Vegas so after I gave her the zip code she said cost me $50 to send, I get it if it's over night but it's not. I did some research only cost 24-26 dollar to send to Las vegas.

Overall, this place is great. Staff is so willing to assist. Very very helpful. This store is surrounded by retirees which use this store frequently. Most rely on staff to do all the Amazon returns. Most just need to know how to do it themselves and the line/wait will go much faster. Great business!!!

This ups store has provided excellent service to me for 20 years. I’m disabled and they are willing to come to my car and take my packages inside. When I can go inside I see how fast and efficient they are. Excellent skill for packing to travel. Friendly and courteous personnel. I love this store and I rely on them.

Avoid this UPS store.. very rude lady boss. Had me sign twice without telling me what I was signing. Was rushing me, said she had other customers…. There was one!! I waited in line and wasn’t I a customer?Mailed a 12x5x4 parcel, had them pack it…. They put in a 18x18”box!Charged me $245 ground delivery and four day ship!!Outrageous!There are other options for UPS stores….avoid this one!!
