Contacted them for a missing package, was given the news that apparently weeks ago our mailbox was broken into and they decided to never contact us about it. Missing a package and wasn’t contacted when stuff happens.

I was returning an item to Hong Kong. The worker advised me on what to do. It would cost more to mail back than what the company was refunding me. Very good advice. Good customer service 😁
