It bums me out to see negative reviews which clearly are coming from people who don’t understand how to postal system works and need to be more self sufficient and educated on shipping their things and having the proper supplies to do so.”

“Postal Service largely depends on the Postal Employee you deal with; sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've had those experiences myself, even at this location. However, when I need a task complete, I know it will get done at this locations. I've went to several Post Offices on my side of town, and left without success; always a success here. Usually 3 or more tellers open, if less and the line gets long, more tellers are called out. There are Spanish speaking tellers here.
The Passport office is top notch. We travel, and need the entire family's passports updated at varying intervals. No complaints, although I highly encourage you to make an appointment, walk-ins wait for time available between appointments.”

“Great gal at the counter. I was going to give her a shoutout, but I can't find the piece of paper with her name. She was very kind, and I had service with a smile. Love that they put a USPS at this location too. Tired of driving to Vail or Pantano.”
“When staying in Tucson, we picked this post office because it was one of the few with great reviews. Unfortunately their hours are very limited - only 11-1 on Monday-Friday. We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)”

“Yeah, first time having to pick up a letter or package that had a signature required. I didn't know what I was doing, so I got online and I hit the wrong button. By the time I got there, they had put the package back on the post office wagon to deliver it. I didn't want to wait around for it. I wanted it then! They went and found it and got the guy before he left. It was very pleasant, very helpful. Thank you!”

“Jamal Dees and the other counter clerks are the most honest usps tellers ive worked with in 15 years of ecommerce sales.
This location often fixes issues that my home usps branch cause or ignore and are always happy to.
Let's be honest yall, these ppl fix others problems all day, and they have to address angry ppl with little context and a smile.
