The worst customer service I've ever received, and that's saying something. The cashier acted as if the entire thing were beneath him, and never even verbally acknowledged I was even there, outside of a barely mumbled and barely audible thanks at the end. Awful.

They always lost my package, never track or even help you to locate or when they put to other resident's box, they just tell you "we cannot do anything about it." To think that it was their fault

The other day there was a check i sent un the little side compartment but i forgot to put the stamp, when i asked for help then they said their services were closed, the next day around 10:35 am i came in when they were open. I gave them all the information they need to help me find my envelope with the check without the stamp, they yet again refused to help me. After going back and forth for about 10 minutes asking then to help me, they kicked me out of line and everyone else refused to help me. Wish i could give it 0 stars. Horrible service.

If I could leave a 100 star review I definitely would! I spoke with Howard on the phone at this location about a little issue that I was having with the delivery of an item. He was very transparent on how the system worked for apartment complexes and the complications that go within the parcel lockers. He was also very respectful and was very adamant about trying to resolve the situation for me and got me squared away! Thank you again Howard for explaining everything to me and going above and beyond with your customer service!
