I don’t know about the other workers, but one of the workers I met there was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. My mom does not speak English well so it was difficult for her to understand what this worker was explaining to her. However, this worker proceeded either to blatantly ignore her and only try to speak to me, snatch items out of her hand, be very rude, and speak in passive aggressive tones. This worker also had the audacity to tell me verbatim, “I feel bad for you” as if trying to mock my mother. I was astonished when I heard those words. Although I understand this circumstance may have been frustrating, the rude and disrespectful manners were completely uncalled for. My mom faces many obstacles daily because of her language barrier and this worker did not at all try to accommodate her. In summary, customer service was terrible. Will never be going back to this establishment again.

I've lived in this area about two years. When I moved in I complained there was no door on my mailbox. I've complained several times and still no door. I got an app that tells me what mail I'm supposed to be receiving. I haven't received any of it for the past two months. I discovered someone else put their name on my social security. Those letters were from the determination office of social security. I have no idea what's going on since I've received nothing for so long. Wtf!

Had to wait over a week for my mailbox keys. Been over 1 month to get mail no mail. Motor vehicle sent my tags been waiting. Post office said haven't been getting any mail.

Even though google says the Dutch window is open on Saturdays, its a partial lie. I heard the worker behind the window after ringing the bell twice. Someone was there. But they didn't answer. This location just clearly sucks. Also standing in line to mail a package, is a whole other story. So I will leave my comment as that for now

This location desperately need a self serve station. It’s not sustainable to have two people handle a variety or questions, shipping needs, or anything. You stand in 15-35 minute lines when you have a pre-paid label you need to print at the post office. Staff’s not at fault it’s management and any other barriers keeping this post office staffed or with a self service station to cut lines.

I moved into my new address the 31st of January, got a new mail key a week later, it was cut wrong. I took it back the next day and went in a week later and they had no clue what I was talking about and said they’d “get the new key started”. I went in a week later and they said they’d still had no key. I made a complaint online and called down to ask and they suggested I put my mail on hold. I do this and go down to pick my mail up. They did not have my mail but had another key and it was again, wrong. 2 months, 2 wrong keys, 7 visits later and still no mail or mail key.

This the epitome of bloated government employees. It is a nightmare to try and get things shipped. The line is never shorter than 4 people, and the employees have zero sense of urgency. You should go anywhere else.

I'm getting numerous mailings for another address. Granted I have a Unit address which I guess causes confusion, but still get mailers for 3251 W. Morgan Rd instead of same address but not Unit B. Personnel at the Silverbell location do lack in customer service. I'm obviously not alone in this opinion.

Abysmal would be an improvement!! Today, my 4th trip to fix the same issue (as yet still unresolved), was highlighted by getting to hear the “supervisor” bad mouth & blame poor service on the carriers. I have ZERO confidence they will ever care enough to remedy the situation.
