I keep having packages and letters going missing and instead of putting a customer through to a damn post office worker they keep sending me to automated bullshit and I'm tired of it!

Love the people inside the office, but the carriers are the issue. I was expecting gift from a friend, the package got marked as delivered but NOTHING was inside the mail box. This has happened countless times. Is it really that hard to deliver mail to the right mail box.?

Beware of theft by postal workers at this location! I have mailed 4 colored envelope birthday cards in the last 2 months using the drive up mailbox. NONE were ever delivered!! Two had checks inside, that were not cashed. There is a thief in this station! I have filed fraud reports with the USPO!
