Was to have a package delivered. Saw was available for pick-up after making sure it was delivery only. Called to make it was at this location like the call center said. Fist clown called himself fred put me on hold for 15 minutes at this location. Called back 9 times ob the 9th try was told by someone else he doesn't have internet. After calling each time before just to have it ring or pick up and drop the call right away. As in pickup hangup.. These dumpsters are shady lazy pos who should not be working there.

I've never been disrespectful to any other professional and just be treated like chit the entire time like my lord. Even the superior was terrible can't look a person in the eyes or tell them bye at the end of a sentence how terribly on professional for an older woman like herself. This office definitely needs a performance test or something because I'll tell you im very dissatisfied with my tax money. Unprofessional disrespectful staff just makes everything 3 times harder it's so un needed especially in this field of work. Plus not to mention you're all government employed. Anyhow im sure if they did their jobs better and followed through with the own policies the governments made there wouldn't be so many issues or long lines there all day everyday. Supervisor definitely has needs to be replaced with someone communicative, respectful, quick and above all be courteous. She's none of those idk what the hiring process was but she definitely lied on the application.

I just moved here and I'm shocked at how very, very bad this post office is. I encountered multiple postal workers who were rude, lazy and just don't care. I had to wait FOUR WEEKS for my mailbox keys and my mail. This is despite speaking with a supervisor who said he would try to remedy the situation. He also assured me that I would get a call when my keys were ready. I didn't. I had to make multiple trips to the post office to check on the keys because nobody answers the phone. If I never go back to this post office, it will be too soon.

The lady with the elf hat and glasses had a very bad attitude, being extremely rude to the person before me and of course she ended up helping me too and continued to be rude and aggressive. I was very uncomfortable nov 27 2023.

Customer service is an insulting joke, the employees seem incompetent in there jobs, as it has taken several attempts to get one thing done through them, they have lost most of my mail when they were holding it, causing problems in my personal life. The almost no one helping with customers in line, one guy stands around pretending to work, but if you try to go through him, he always passes you off to someone else. This has got to be the worst run, worst managed post office in Tucson. I'm am so frustrated that this is the location ibhave to go to for my mail issues, all of which they have caused, when it's an hour drive from my apartment. I pass 2 other branch locations to get to it. So I guess usps is just a joke in itself. I'm sorry if you are also stuck dealing with these clowns

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Mike, Jamal & Susan…and just about everyone else I see on a daily basis, even the supervisors. I’ve been in customer service in one form or another for 27 years now and know how it is working with people. I have my own eBay business now and I ship multiple packages in person on a daily basis and never had an issue at the counter. Everyone is so friendly and easy to speak to.Yesterday I had 21 packages outgoing and Susan was amazing, super friendly and efficient. I’m not sure how long she’s been at this location but she’s definitely an asset and great addition to the team. The reason why I ship in person is because eBay is particular about getting an actual “acceptance” scan verses “shipment received package acceptance pending” (or whatever the verbiage is, lol). So with that being said I’d like to thank everyone at the Silverbell location for making my job easier and helping me maintain a 100% customer feedback on eBay with thousands of items sold. The many times I’ve been in line people watching and seeing upset customers…well the reason they get upset is because they didn’t come prepared, and if something doesn’t go their way they stress out and take their emotions out on the clerks. Trust me I’ve been there as I was a front desk supervisor for multiple hotels & years.I could go on and on about my experience in customer service & hospitality but I need to start my day. Lol! Just wanted to give this shoutout and send my respects. Your hard work is always appreciated. - Daniel

i DID have a 5 star review for this location but had to delete it. I came in on 9/22/23 And asked for a mail forwarding form and was told it is not done ONLINE! And i told the man i tried doing it online and it didn't work so what am i supposed to do then. He was NOT helpful at all. Then suddenly ALL the customers in the waiting line sympathized with me saying that THEY had just dealt with the same thing! One woman said her family member had to do the same thing and it was a ridiculous process and another said the same thing about it not working for her either so she had to come down to the PO and confirm her identity. And we were ALL talking about how NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ONLINE!! And that it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to FORCE PEOPLE to do so! And think of the elderly people who don't have cell phones or simply DON'T KNOW HOW to do it? WHO WERE YOU REALLY THINKING ABOUT when making this decision and taking away the mailing forwarding forms USPS?? SHAME ON YOU. ? ?

Our mailman keeps putting delivered on Saturday and when the supervisor ask him about the mail he lost he says, I delivered it at the office. Supervisor believes it.Okay, we have no Saturday mail because the office is closed. Moreover my cards and letters are not making it to me.Our mailman is a liar and possibly a thief.I will no longer order things that ship USPS.Really, this guy picked a fight with me and usually I win.Oh, the last package informed delivery says delivered in at mailbox. We don't have a mailbox.

My recent visit to the post office was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that the employees there had no interest in their jobs or the people they served. It seemed like they were just going through the motions, and their lack of enthusiasm was palpable.Customer service should be about providing assistance and support, but it was clear that the employees didn't want to be there. If you don't have the passion or patience to deal with people daily, then working at a place like the post office isn't the right fit.Finding a lost package turned into a dreadful ordeal. I spent a frustrating 30 minutes trying to speak to a manager, only to be met with indifference and disinterest. Even after that lengthy conversation, my package wasn't found until a week later. This level of inefficiency and lack of urgency is unacceptable.Overall, my experience at the post office was one of extreme dissatisfaction. The employees' apathy towards their jobs and the customers they serve is disheartening. If you're seeking efficient and respectful service, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I had a ticket in my P.O. Box that clearly had a 3 on it - I was expecting 3 packages, so that made sense. The woman went to the back and brought me 1 package. I told her there was a 3 on my ticket and she looked at it, said “no,” and threw it away. It took me an hour of arguing with her, getting tracking numbers, and her refusing to go look again before she disappeared to the back. One of the other clerks helped me after I had to wait in line again. I watched the second clerk walk straight over to where they keep the packages and pull the other two out for me. What a joke. I’ve seen all kinds of people in there yelling that they have mail there and the clerks are saying they don’t. Closed my P.O. Box and went to a different post office.

This office has made 2 errors with held mail in less than 6 months. Both times, I put in a notice on line, yet the carrier continued delivering the mail. Today, I was told the carrier never received a printed copy of the hold request. Really? I would have hoped the USPS had better technology than this. No apology was given, and all the clerk could recommend is taping a notice on my mailbox to my carrier next time. Seems like this office could do better by offering to look into why their processes are failing to deliver results or investigate an automated process. There is very little customer service at this location. Unfortunately, I can't choose the post office that last touches my mail before the carrier. If only we as consumers had a choice.

couldn’t give me my package that arrived two weeks ago which I put redelivery on may 4th just to tell me the package was too big and couldn’t be put in my mailbox. why can’t you just leave it at my doorstep then? i gave instructions to enter my apartment gate and have permission to do that. now they want me to pick up during my working hours that im not able to. ridiculous
