'Corporate' store that outright lies to new customers and then backtracks saying they have no control of bills and can't even look up original contracts or even open a ticket.
The bar has become so low it's basically a tripping hazard in hell.

Terrible, unprofessional, disrespectful service from "Tomas". Reflective of his upbringing? Verizon customer service training (or lack thereof!)? Or "the times"? Certainly not doing Verizon any good! If he is an indication of today's Verizon approach to customers (their only source of revenue) it's time to change providers after 19 years!

I filled out the super convenient sign in touch screen monitor and looked at some apple products on display. There were 3 customers ahead of me, I researched some upgrades and observed approximately 4 other parties sign in or were even approached and helped ahead of me. I noticed it had been :40 and I still hadn’t been helped. When I brought my frustration to the guy welcoming everyone but me in “Matt” said he had “been looking for a guy that looked like Marcos”. I told him never mind and went to a much better store at Houghton rd. I will never go to this Verizon again. You’d be surprised at the difference in customer service

the worst experience I have ever had purchasing phones, went in just to drop off phones that were traded in at Best Buy verizon, for some reason you cant turn the phones in there when doing a trade in, the kid in this store somehow screwed up entering my phones and they were lost, this was $2000 worth of trade in phones, all he wanted to do was sell me more stuff, they obviously work on commissions
Spent the entire time trying to push stuff only to find out I was not even eligible for most of it, major waste of time
He activated a line on my account that was not supposed to be turned on, have lost 2.5 days and counting of work dealing with verizon stores, hours on the help line trying to find my trade in phones and fix my account, every single person you talk to tells you something else, no one knows what they are doing in this company
it was a complete disaster and then verizon lost the ipad they were shipping me and it took 30 minutes for them to find a tracking number for it in their own system??? Never deal with verizon for phone stuff, I have always had excellent service at Best Buy doing att or verizon, they are MUCH better trained than any verizon employees for some weird reason
I would go directly to the Apple Store or Best Buy to get a phone and pray you never ever have to deal directly with verizon

I've been here twice now. Once about three weeks ago, and then yesterday. Each time the staff person I started with had no idea what they were doing, and I ended up having to work with a manager who actually knew what they were talking about. I really hope this place starts training their new employees better before having them try to help customers and be unable to. Both times I was here, I got my task done, but it took way longer than it should have. Still, at least when I come to a store, I can talk to people without a language barrier, unlike when I call Verizon's outsourced phone customer service. So that's something in this store's favor.

I stopped in this store on Friday, November 15 to upgrade my phone. Esmeralda helped us (don’t work with her because she doesn’t follow through as promised.) We ended up going with two of the Black Friday deals. Esmeralda told us she would text me her cell number so she could answer further questions and help with additional purchases. She also said if I called the 800# I could get credit for some of the activation fees. Thus the problem begins……
She didn’t send me her contact info and it is impossible to call this store as there is only a 800#. I called the 800# several times but no one could help. I have filled out Yelp reviews, completed Verizon surveys, asked to have a supervisor call me and NOTHING. Yesterday I spoke to a Vanessa via the 800# and she was the rudest supervisor that I have ever dealt with (she refused to help me) and said she would “try” to have someone call me. Of course, no callback.
I have been with Verizon for 14 years and my husband has been a customer for 20 years. I have been delighted with Verizon up until now. What has happened to Verizon’s Customer Service? I don’t deserve to be treated like this. I’m hoping this review will prompt someone from Verizon (a manager please ) to call me.
This could have been avoided if Esmeralda would have followed up as promised.

Terrible experience here. I just had a simple question about options for an upgrade. I was put in a waiting list and waited for my turn, i then received a text that i was up next….
But this lady comes in, doesn't get put on the list cuts in front of me & she gets help right away. Happened at around 11:30 am.

The store is useless when you show them the price from the app they can’t match it. They also try and max out your plan with add ons you don’t ask for and when you question anything the manager is of no help and just says they can only do this much.

Went in today attempting to fix a problem with a return of the home internet modem. After the phone-based customer service was apparently unable to send me a return kit after 4 attempts (and they tried), and UPS was unable to ship it back, I was understandably upset. Although I did not do the best job of remaining cool, the two gentlemen who helped me (I did not catch their names, but it was shortly after 10AM on 8/24/24) did an amazing job not only fixing the issue and accepting the return, but also showing me more patience than I deserved for the tone of voice I showed to them. This is a fantastic store, and they have treated me very well every time I have visited.

Corporate store with less than 4 stars... Not impressed with the fake reviews. Go there when you wanna upgrade a phone. 😆😆😆 And to all the fake 5 star reviews, where are your receipts? Please take a picture and post them.
I wish the employees at the store would stop posting reviews on their own store. FYI, this is how corporate stores get paid.
Not even a little impressed..
