They will not let you talk to anyone in the US and they slow down older plans. If your plan is older they will not give you full trade in credit on your old devices for the promotions they run. Over all they are one of the worst phone service providers there is.

We recently changed from Samsung on Verizon to Apple iPhone on Verizon. We were told if we needed to learn about our new phones and operating system to look it up on YouTube.That was it. We also got an iPad and an iWatch, but had to agree to get 2 additional cellular lines for each item. Cellular, which we thought meant phone lines.Nothing was ever mentioned to us about not having actual phone calling capabilities on the iPad. We called Verizon Tech services and were on the phone with them for close to an hour and a half to see why we couldn't call out from the devices. Their tech person was very helpful and patient and in the process we were able to activate the iWatch. She also informed us that the iPad did not have phone calling capability! I was not told that when we got it.I then went back to the store, explained my problem and was told by the manager that I had to make an appointment for the day after Christmas because they were too busy to help me with it.I just returned from my appointment at the Verizon store where I was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing that cellular meant just being able to connect to the internet. Not making calls. The service person was very condescending and dismissive. I am in my 70's and may not be up to date on all the latest technology but I would think how you treat your customers is something that never goes out of date.I am very disappointed and unhappy in their customer service.

I went in to see how I could reduce my bill. I spent 10 min with the rep, and he let me know there was nothing I could do without increasing my bill due to my contract. They were just trying to get me out of the store.Shortly after I left the store I went to Verizon app and reduced my insurance and enrolled to auto pay and reduced my plan by shy of $20 dollars.Don’t take this store’s employees for their word. This isn’t the first time they’ve got it wrong. I went back to give them a third chance but nah, I’m not going back.

Verizon. Take notice. Ashley from this store knocked it out of the park with my switch back. We initiated an order via video call on black Friday and she stayed with me for over a week moving numbers and devices, applying discounts, answering questions and the like. Had I had service like this initially, I never would have left your service years ago. Truly the best retail experience I've ever had.

I spent several hours on the phone with Corp trying to transfer from an Samsung to IPhone. No one could figure out a few issues. I went to the Verizon at 5855 E Broadway Blvd today. Kelsey helped me and figured it!! She is extremely professional, very patient, kind and knowledgeable!! She is absolutely the BEST?

This store has always been very helpful but when I went today to disconnect a smartwatch line, I was told to call Verizon customer service. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes when I feel it could have been done much faster in store. But since it wasn't like I was buying a phone I received no help and pushed me to the side. But if I were there to purchase a phone, of course they would help me! Very disappointed with today's service at this store.

Cristian was phenomenal. Probably the best salesman I've ever worked with. Walked in just trying to see what they could offer us with no real intention of swapping carriers that day, and walked out with two new phones and an internet receiver. Cristian was exceptionally professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We asked a ton of questions, and he was extremely patient and really broke everything down and explained everything to us in detail. I would give him a 10/10 if I could.

Hands down best service across any Verizon store. James has incredible customer service skills. This was the best experience I’ve had dealing with billing and upgrades. He made sure I got the best deal, explained all my options and made me confident I would always have a good experience with Verizon. I’m impressed making the switch to Verizon because of his efforts.

Too often we only hear of negative retail experiences and while this experience wasn't exactly pleasant, I wanted to commend the staff of this location for their patience and cooperation in representing me while resolving an insurance claim through the 3rd party insurance Verizon sells, Asurion. It's a true testament to value which the manager places in training and adherence to customer satisfaction. It unfortunately took 6 weeks and 5 claim denials from the insurance company to resolve the issue, and although everyone involved was frustrated, I'm sure, the staff remained kind and sympathetic to my situation. The location managers (Junior Estrada and Massaie (sp?)) were both instrumental in achieving a resolution so again, thank you both.

My account glitched at a different Verizon store. The other store did not allow me access, so I drove to this store. They did NOT disappoint! Missal did a wonderful job and fixed my account access, even though I was cranky. Then, Esmeralda helped me seamlessly add another line, and also helped me get some sweet deals on all my media subscriptions! She was also really nice and had great taste!

Quick summary: Utter incompetence The woman seemed helpful but she neglected to tell me my wife and I had to restart our phones after the changes she made, and she clearly told me I could not access my voicemail from a remote phone (not true, and in fact it is quite easy).

Went to this Verizon store at Park Place Mall in order to exchange a Google Pixel 7 phone for an iphone. A nice young man named Taylor helped us and was so patient and understanding. He did not high pressure my sister into anything she didn't want and listened to her intently as she explained her problem with the phone. He did the transfer for her and also set up her voicemail while we went to the food court. It was done in about 40 minutes and done well. You rock Taylor! Thank you so much!!
