I rately write reviews, but after my experience, buying an iPhone at Verizon Russell cellular I felt I had to! I literally got the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Eliana was as Savy as she was personable. I walked in needing to replace my iPhone X and I walked out with an iPhone 16 and everything from my messages to my apps etc was on my new phone when I got into my car! Eliana handled the few glitches that happened with ease!
I also Got a fantastic deal. She did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for! This employee should be a manager somewhere! Anyway, I highly recommend this Verizon store!

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a complicated account transfer and they facilitated the communication with Verizon.

The Russell Cellular representative was great. The delay was the computer software that was not efficient and delayed us there for over 3 hours, when buying a phone and updating my plan should be painless.

Elena was terrific. You are lucky to have her. BUT she had to juggle 3 of us at a time because she was the only one there. It took much longer (5 hrs) because of this. I will not go in again unless there are 2 people working.

If I could g join be no stars, or even take a few away I would. My order indicated it was ready for pick-up so I went in. 35 minutes later I'm told th hat to get my home internet modem from them I would need to pay a deposit of over $300.
I show them my order completion where the annoy owed is 0 and since when is there ever a deposit needed for home internet? Call Verizon, there isn't. They tell me that's the only way I'm getting out of the store with my modem. And supposedly they can't even cancel three order.
I called Verizon, escalated a case against them for fraud and walked out of a real Verizon location with my modem and they even waived the activation fee.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I wouldnt recomened going here..He will discrimate agaisnt you if you r handicap..He denied me access to pay my bill and try to figure out the problem with my phone..All because i came in on my handicap scooter..This guy is a real jerk off..I wouldnt go here..Put this jerk out of business..You replied to my post..You wasnt sincere because if you was you would have told me how can i help you with today..Not tell me i wasnt allowed in your business with my handicap scooter..I do have handicap license plates for all my registered vehicles..You cant pick and choose who you want in your store by the way the customer looks..Dont judge a book by its cover..A bad review can go a long ways.

I returned a home Internet box in May. I have called Verizon to get my $200 refund for every month since May. They keep telling me they are escalating my complaint and it will take two months to get resolved. I decided to cancel my service with them, but I still have not received any reimbursement. I’m totally discussed it after 13 years with them.

I was told by a Verizon representative to show up with my ID and pick up my new phone. This place acted like I was an alien and refused to help me get squared away. I had ID, SS# for account holders, military records for military discount, etc. None of that mattered because " I need an app to activate my account" and I can't activate the account without a phone. I went to a corporate location and a retail location. Both places refused to help me activate my phone plan. I am now 6 days without a phone and I am now forced to return to my previous provider. I'm glad this happened now because if I were to lose my phone in the future... I would not be able to access my own account...

I wish I could give this store negative stars. My phone was also stolen by an employee when I attempted a trade in. I waited to leave a review because I was hoping they would do the right thing and fix it but sadly that never happened. Do not trade in your phone at this store, they will steal it and you will never get your credits. I’m sure they probably scam customers in other ways too.
