Do not waist your time here. They can not get their billing figured out ever. Everytime I've gone in heard people having trouble with billing and guess it was my turn.

Terrible customer service purchased phone 3 weeks ago they will not cover screen protector that sales rep installed improperly 3 weeks ago. Manager not available talk with. Printed not working can not print me out a new receipt even though previous customer rep did not give me a receipt. Too many coincidences. No manager on site. Printer not working. Sales rep Cynthia state she will not do anything

In the past I have experienced terrible customer support and product expertise at both Tucson westside locations. This time my experience was pleasant and positive and I would gladly return to it for assistance in the future.Now, if only something could be done to improve the Verizon "customer support" phone number access. Attempts to utilize the company's phone support have been and continue to be worse than horrible.

The sales rep was wonderful. It’s just sad I can’t submit a review of Verizon itself as a company. I’d give them -2 stars, and that’s just because I’m a nice guy.

Maximus helped me on two separate days and he was SO GREAT!!! Incredibly patient (I was there for like 2 hours) and so kind. His customer service was awesome :)

TLDR: You will waste your time coming here. Went in to initially try to get my boyfriend, who is coming from a different carrier, on my plan, but they said they couldn't help and to call customer service. I still bought a watch from them that day and it Came out in a worn and ripped box. The watch wouldn't turn on for the longest time after I purchased it. They ordered me a replacement watch, but the original watch turned on after the other was ordered. I had reviewed my receipt and saw they had charged me for a $20 set up fee when no service was done (no I am not talking about the activation fee that appears on my bill). I mentioned this to the associate and they said "oh I didn't know how to take that off the bill, come back when your other watch comes in and we'll take care of it." Please note, they didn't set up my watch which was dead the entirety of the time I was in the store and I set it up on my own at home. I also had reviewed my bill after and saw I have two watches and their activation fees to pay for on my next bill. I had gone to a different Verizon store the next day and they were so accommodating and worked with us to get my boyfriend on my plan and didn't suggest we simply call customer service. I explained what this original store had done and they said that the store could have helped me with the plan set up, and they shouldn't have charged me for a service they didn't provide me and I also shouldn't have two watches reflected for my bill. I had come back to the original store when they had told me to come back and a different associate who was there the day I first visited was there. He knew about the service charge situation and said that he talked to his manager and the set up is a standard fee and he couldn't do anything. I walked out completely dissatisfied and called customer service and they worked on getting me the $20 credit to my account and walked me through the steps of getting the watch that was ordered and to return it on my own. I will not be coming back to this store ever and unless you want to be told to call customer service for plan set ups and to be gaslighted for charges that shouldn't have been charged, I wouldn't recommend this store.

Went in for an upgrade on one phone for $99. They said I qualified for an upgrade on the second phone for $99 dollars. I upgraded both and the full discount was not applied to the second phone. The manager never responded to me and 9 months later I'm still waiting for my credit. Terrible customer service. I will not go back and I don't recommend.
