I went into the store lost as to what kind of virus I had unleashed onto my own device. The rep who was pretty much a kid really he seemed to me , was such a trouble-shooting genius he removed the viruses off my entire phone and made it look the way it was before, as I had requested. That kid deserves a bonus. .Incredible.

Just want you people to know this is the best guy ever he has fixed my phone numerous times and he needs a raise and he needs a steak dinner too he is excellent very kind definitely needs a raise such a very nice man
