I loved that I didn’t have to go get meds at pharmacy- they just provided the pain meds. The vet call right after surgery to let me know she was doing well. This eased my mind. “I am so very thankful that Ares and I found Rita Ranch Pet Hospital. I called and explained that my Dog Ares had a cluster of seizures and that he needed to be seen right away, without hesitation the receptionist said let me put you on hold so I can talk to the vet and staff and see what we can do for Ares, she got back on the phone and asked me "can you bring him in today at 10:30!?" I was beyond excited as I have called several places or showed up with my sick dog and they said they were booked 4 weeks out and couldn't further assist us. Upon arriving to our appointment Ares and I were greeted by the most friendly and caring staff. It was such a pleasant and warm welcoming, which is exactly what Ares and I needed in time of fear. Once the vet was done examining Ares she brought him out and explained everything to me, The Dr. Even squeezed in one more hug with Ares before we left because " He's just too cute" she isn't wrong he's adorable ?. Thank-you to all who assisted in Ares care today, we truly appreciate you!”

The vet tech Cat (not sure how she spells it) herself was amazing we felt as though she knew what she was doing. She gave advice which came from her own life experiences and professional experience. She was overall very friendly and knowledgeable. The vet Dr. Carson herself was also very professional and really amazing. Every issue we brought up with our pets was addressed in an open dialogue. The vet and the tech even discussed all of the options with us and actively tried to find cheaper solutions. They really seemed like a team. I feel very comfortable taking my pets there for anything. We had a great experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone. P.S: love that they took profile pics of our pets.”

My dog's Vet (Collins) and her vet tech are both terrific, personable, and not prone to rushing you in and out. They both took time to answer a number of questions I had about caring for, and training, a middle-aged adopted pooch.There are some logistical inconveniences for me, but i have great confidence in the staff and will continue to take my dog there.”
