You should specify that everything is with appointment and removed your QR code. Just lost over an hour for nothing. Too slow.

If I were you I would not come to this location the branch manager Mary Cruz is one of the worst managers arguing with her employees in the lobby while I was waiting for my appointment. Very unprofessional of her, don’t know who would hire her

I will NEVER return to this location. Last time I was here I waited 2 hours to talk to someone. Then I made an appointment to see someone at 4pm. Nope didn't happen. I have to be somewhere at 445pm. So my account will keep growing negative because I can't catch a break.
