“Thomas literally saved my day.I was in from out of town at another tire shop with a flat & was told that they couldn’t get my tires off because I didn’t have a special key.I called Platinum Rollas in hopes that they would be able to help me & the owner, Thomas, said the shop was closed but that he would come by and see what he could do to help. He came by & saw that my car actually didn’t need a special lug nut key and all they had to do was pop off the plastic coverings and I was able to get my tire changed.Thank you, again, Thomas! “I had a small blemish on one wheel but also wanted to mount four new tires. Alloy Wheel Repair was very cooperative in meeting this need even though "selling tires" is not their core business. Not only that, but when they mounted the wheels back on my car, they installed the lug bolts by hand and torqued the bolts to the correct specification instead of using an air gun and overtightening the bolts like so many tire shops do. That level of customer care is hard to find and really demonstrates quality service that you can depend on.”

“I booked an appointment online for a late afternoon tire rotation and balance on a Monday. There was a little bit of a line but I'm glad I made the appointment. Tip#1: Make the appointment online and when you get there it will cut you to the front of the queue. Tip#2: Arrive 15-20 min before your appointment because they will also need to inspect your tire's tread depth and car mileage for their records. They also inspect the wear on your tires. In fact they found a nail stuck on my tire and fixed that too. Tip#3: bring your smartphone with you because they give you a link to track the status of your car. I went for a walk while waiting. The person I worked with was courteous and polite. I felt like I was treated well and service was excellent. The car was done before the estimated time of completion so I walked back to the store and picked up my car. Easy, peasy, and smooth. If you buy your tires through Discount tire or their associated website at tirerack.com, you get free rotations and inspections. That's a good value and peace of mind.”

“Have used the Broadway location for several years for tires, wheels and TPMS work. I believe they have worked to give me fair pricing and good value for the money. The guys stand behind their work and if you make an appointment your service is quick. If you walk in prepare for at least an hour wait for anything. It's not bad it's just that busy. They have always honored the warranty and made good on any issue I have had. I definitely get the road hazard on all tires and it give you piece of mind on these great Tucson roads.”

There was a misunderstanding or disconnect with what I needed done with the tires I brought in, but once I explained to Yvette what happened and what the issue was, she immediately went and resolved the issue and made it a point to make it right. She even got approval for a full refund from the excellent Store Manager and made sure I accepted the refund, even though I never asked for it. Yvette did a great job and I sincerely thank her and recommend anyone visiting this store to make sure to speak to her if you need top notch customer service! I am sure she won't be there for long though, as she will more than likely become a store manager herself after experiencing her customer care. Great Discount Store and excellent customer care! “Prior to ordering metal valve stems for my Winnebago Era, I sent them a picture of the wheels. They steered me to the correct, bent dually valve stems for my wheels instead of the ones I was looking at. Saved me a lot of pain and frustration at the tire shop where they were installed. The ones they recommended work perfectly and straight valve stems would not have worked for my wheels.They forgot to include the front valve stems and when I called, they immediately acknowledged their mistake (we all make them) and immediately sent them out to me priority mail. Great customer service and honesty!”

“Took my wheel there after running over a pothole and bending the rim a bit. I was quoted 125 dollars and about a 2-3 day turnaround and that was spot on. I had some issues with the tire, admittedly my fault, and they were more than willing to try and sort it out. I would return for other wheel repairs, hopefully not too soon.”

“This location helped me place a special order for a pair of tires for my SUV that used to be sold by Discount Tire but are now discontinued. I wanted those specific tires because of their great price to quality ratio (in fact, most tires sold by Discount Tire give you a pretty good quality tire at a reasonable price). It took a little longer than usual for the tires to arrive, because the first set came damaged and they had to place a second order from the vendor. But, once the new tires were in - I got a call and they were able to take me in the very same day to get them installed! I also enjoy knowing that, when buying from Discount Tire, even without purchasing the "no questions asked replacement certificates", they'll patch any punctures in the repairable area for free and also do free tire inspections and inflation.”

“I was told my rotors needed replaced by another auto repair. But my truck is only 4 yrs old . I took it to Brake Masters in Ahwatukee **. They did a free inspection of my brakes and said they were fine and the pads didn't even need replaced. I appreciate their honesty as they could have replaced the pads or not and charged me, I wouldn't have known. I will be returning to their business for my upcoming oil change. “They’re super fast and affordable. I got a tire here for my girlfriend back in 2022 for $30 included the installation. That tire is still doing good and solid. I recently came back for a used tire for myself however I did not have the same experience. I got a used tire for my vehicle, she drives a 2003 Nissan Altima and I drive a 2014 Nissan Altima. However the tire they sold me already had a nail in it which was not visible at the time and covered in dirt. They still installed it and during that stripped the lug nuts and one actually broke off with stud stuck inside of it. I immediately called them and spoke with whom I believe was the owner. He was immediate to resolve this and fix the mistake. I’ll be cautious buying tires in the future from their mission location and more thorough. They’re a great solution for quick and affordable tire fixes.”
