“I brought my 2022 Ford 350 Superduty Into TCR II to have some oversized tires mounted on the stock wheels. Sam helped me through process of understanding his recommendations for installing springs and shocks to improve the ride quality with the larger tires. “What a great experience! Had a dented wheel on my wife's Porsche. Hunted around, talked to a couple places, they wanted me to drop and leave it for a couple days. Didn't really want to do that. Found these guys. They said c'mon down at noon. Got there, busy place. Jordan greeted me, said would be with me shortly. Got to watch him fix a really bad wheel. Jeeze, this guy is an artist. He finished, took my wheel and prepped it. And in 10 minutes had the dent out and the wheel super true. Balanced it, cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Happy customer. Great to deal with.”

“I ran something over in the road and it put a gash in my sidewall on my tire. I had recently been laid off and only had a small amount of money left in my account. I called this store told them the situation asked them how much a tire was and it was above the amount that I had in my account. I was so flustered that I told him how much I had in my account and he responded with we can do that. So I had my car towed to their shop and instead of just replacing one tire for the amount I had in my account. They actually did two tires to make my car safe. Also they did not take all of the money in my account they charged me a little bit less. I would highly recommend this discount tire. They were very friendly and very helpful and they got me out of the very bad situation. The only way I can make money right now is by delivering. Without my car I have no form of income and these wonderful people at this discount tire helped me when they didn't have to. I want to thank them very much. They went above and beyond in my book. They made it possible for me to pay my rent and kept me from being homeless.”

“Shout out to Julie for checking to see if the Hub-centric rings were added to my brand new tires last week and low and behold they were not! The back tires were also not balanced well. I have been driving on new tires and wheels for a few days that I bought here that felt like garbage. I could feel vibration in my seat and noticed some on the dash. Not good. Whoever put them on did not pay attention to detail and was in a rush. Luckily, Julie fixed it for me today and the car feels great. These 5 stars are for her. Please make sure your techs are checking to make sure they add everything they are supposed to because those rings are essential!”

“I had an amazing experience with this discount tire. They seemed like they actually cared. I had previously gone to discount tire on oracle and prince, told them my issues and they just said my tire was flat but not too flat but didn’t actually check it out. When I came to this discount tire the gentleman who helped me was shocked that the other location didn’t fully check out the tires. He let me know that they’ll check it for me and sure enough I had a screw in my tire! Very thankful for this team and how efficient they were.”

They did a free inspection of my brakes and said they were fine and the pads didn't even need replaced. I appreciate their honesty as they could have replaced the pads or not and charged me, I wouldn't have known. I will be returning to their business for my upcoming oil change.
