I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. “Working with our insurance company after being hit by a negligent driver, we chose Caliber Collision Center to do our repair work. Our service liaison, Amber, was tremendous in her job. She greeted us immediately when we arrived with our car and spent as much time as we needed to go through all the paperwork and details of what needed to be repaired. Once work began, she kept in touch with us either by text or a phone call as each phase of the repair was completed. we were kept informed every step of the way. When we picked up our car at the completion of the work, it was spotless and nearly showroom perfect. In over 60 years of driving, I have never experienced the quality of craftsmanship and customer service demonstrated by Amber and the entire staff at Caliber Collision. Well done, folks.”
