“Marcus Rife on the service drive is amazing. He is straight to the point of what needs to be done right away and is honest when it comes to what can wait. He answered all questions in a timely manner and had my vehicle ready on time and called my warranty company promptly like he said he would. I am a patient person and don’t call repeatedly or constantly ask why there aren’t updates etc due to being a service advisor and understanding the “nonsense” and even though I conveyed that to him he was quick to get things done and didn't take advantage of it...Also, I was running late and they have a 20 minute late window and he wasn’t upset about it. He even said he appreciated that I was late.. Haha. Marcus is very to the point and honest and might come off slightly …ummm short, but being from New York I can appreciate that. Some people may not like it, but we don’t take our Benz to the dealership to be wooed and smoke blown up our asses… if someone is too chatty or kisses your ass too much at a dealership like that, be prepared to be swindled… Haha..i am kidding, sort of, maybe I just talked too much to the poor dude at 9 am and he didn’t have much of a response haha… anyway I prefer the real deal and that’s why Marcus stands out and I'll stick with him as my advisor!! Trustworthy, responsive and knowledgeable!!”

“If I could give this AutoZone more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I broke down at the Trader Joe’s about half a block away and decided to just push my car to the store. While I was struggling to push it, Luis actually came outside and helped me finish pushing it all the way into a parking space. That alone was incredible, but it didn't stop there.
I went inside to buy a new battery, and they generously let me borrow the tools I needed to do the swap in the parking lot. To save me the massive headache of installing the battery, finding out it wasn't the issue, and having to take it back out to return it, Faith and Luis offered to help jump the car instead. Then Jerry, the manager, personally came outside with jumper cables to jump-start it for me. It was such a blessing to have a team looking out for my time and wallet like that.
Ultimately, my car still wouldn't start because it turns out it's a carburetor issue, so I had to call a tow truck. Just as I was about to leave, Faith actually came running out of the store to hand me the change I had accidentally left at the register!
That honesty meant the world to me, especially since I definitely needed every dollar to pay for the tow truck.
Even though my car is still broken down, I honestly don't even care. This team did their job, they did their part, and they went so far above and beyond what anyone would expect. I am incredibly grateful for Luis, Faith, and Jerry. Thank you so much!”

“I live in Hawaii. We don't have wrecking yards on our island, so finding parts for older cars can be very difficult.
I needed a seat rail that is out of production and no longer available as a new part for our 2003 Subaru Baja.
ABC had a compatible seat and went to the trouble for me of pulling the seat rail off of the seat so I didn't have to pay for shipping the entire seat to Hawaii. The guys I talked to were friendly and extraordinarily helpful.”

I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. “well, their website for scheduling service was broken. then when i called they switched me to the wrong store but called me back in about 15 minutes. i believe they told me they'd have to bring it to the store to service it but a man pulled up and serviced it on the spot. very confusing but extremely convenient (and honest). WOuld definitely use them again! (and it was also cheap)”
