“Came in with a faulty battery, upon walking in was immediately greeted by Trish and she without hesitation went to test my battery. Turns out I had a loose transporter so she tightened it as much as it could and car started up just fine. The battery did read as going bad so I was told to come back if I had any other problems with it today. Sure enough after an hour or so started having problems again so I came back in. Micheal helped me out with the battery best for me and made it quick and easy. Then had Jose walk me out and get the new battery situated. In the installation he also noticed the loose transponder and also that one of my hold downs had gone missing since the last instal. Without having to ask he went inside and came out with a new hold down and a shim to fix both aspects of the battery holder free of charge. Mostly auto zone isn’t a place you want to find yourself at with car problems but they made the process as enjoyable as it can be. Great service, great store.”

“Recently, someone clipped the front bumper guard on my 2004 Toyota Camry and knocked it askew. Didn’t leave a note. Rick, at Primarily Japanese, looked at it for me and gave me a card for Affordable Auto Painting, which he said was honest and reasonable. I was able to stop by there without an appointment and Mike, the manager, looked at the damage. He said that an actual fix would mean replacing the whole piece and repainting and would be expensive. Then he had a young man come out and do a quick fix he said will hold it in place until and if I decide to do the replacement. He didn’t charge me anything. He gave me a reasonable estimate for a dent on the other side of the car. If I decide to have any body work or painting done on the car, I’ll definitely check with with Affordable first.”

My two young children and I had a scary tire blowout on I -19 South heading towards Sahuarita. Thankfully we were able to get to safety and had the spare put on. I drove to this specific Big Brand location as it is close to my home. I was happily and efficiently greeted from the moment that I walked in. Desiree assured me that I would leave with a safe and repaired tire. I waited about 30 minutes, then I was on my way! “Sadly, my 2008 vehicle sustained a front-end hit (3/24). Luckily, by an insured driver. The damage exceeded book value. Although insurance was willing to pay for the repair, I ended up taking the loss, retain the payout, salvage the car, and purchase a new/used one. Feeling good about that decision was in large part because of Jason at Cutting Edge Collision Center. Already (over the past two years) servicing the 2008 had become difficult as parts were no longer manufactured. On two previous occasions - service centers had difficulty sourcing parts and the time invested in concluding servicing was extended beyond the norm. In 48 hrs. from the time Cutting Edge, Jason - received the vehicle - I/the insurance co. had a professional and comprehensive inspection report/repair appraisal which included full sourcing of parts. CE is known for successfully sourcing hard-to-obtain parts. The report and expert consultation I received from CE, was the turning point in deciding to salvage the car and purchase another - the best decision. Then Jason inspected the new/used vehicle I ended up buying. Watching him do what he does best, meticulously, expertly, inspect, was great. The service Jason at Cutting Edge provided - the care he took with me and my vehicles from beginning to end - helped turn a total loss situation into a TOTAL WIN.
