“I have had repeated poor experiences here but it is the closest in network pharmacy to me so I keep going back. That said:

The chain of bad experiences has been broken! Albeit not perfect, I had a much better experience. The saving grace for me was Patrick! I think hes a tech but he is an absolute rockstar! Greeting those waiting patiently in line, picking up the drive thru phone with a smile on and a great attitude, moving with purpose and ensuring everyone waiting feels acknowledged.

In the past I have a prescription put in, don't get a call til way later that its ready. Just poor communication overall. Then I come to pick it up and everybody working looks like they hate their job and they're just waiting to get to punch out. Completely lacking in customer service.

Today I went in the morning and it wasn't ready but Patrick offered something I have NEVER been offered at this location. A text when ready!! Why is it that I have never been offered to get text updates?? I had to wait in line for a bit but watching how hard Patrick was working gave me that peace of mind that they are doing everything they can.

“I have recently had 2 separate incidents days apart. Both times it was definitely due to things not being properly handled on the side of Walgreens. However my review isn't about my inconveniences it's about Ari in pharmacy who in both situations went above and beyond to rectify the situation as well as make my experience more successful. Customer service can be a difficult job and when things go wrong it's hard on both sides of the counter, but she's definitely a good person behind the counter. Thank you so much! All 4 stars are for her.”
