“I am so very thankful that Ares and I found Rita Ranch Pet Hospital. I called and explained that my Dog Ares had a cluster of seizures and that he needed to be seen right away, without hesitation the receptionist said let me put you on hold so I can talk to the vet and staff and see what we can do for Ares, she got back on the phone and asked me "can you bring him in today at 10:30!?" I was beyond excited as I have called several places or showed up with my sick dog and they said they were booked 4 weeks out and couldn't further assist us. Upon arriving to our appointment Ares and I were greeted by the most friendly and caring staff. It was such a pleasant and warm welcoming, which is exactly what Ares and I needed in time of fear. Once the vet was done examining Ares she brought him out and explained everything to me, The Dr. Even squeezed in one more hug with Ares before we left because " He's just too cute" she isn't wrong he's adorable ?. “We are new to Tucson and we adopted a senior dog, a week after our move not knowing all the details of her health and behaviors. After a diet change she had some serious potty problems and we called for an appointment and she was seen within a day. Two days later an abscess burst and thankfully they got us in the same day! The staff is genuinely caring and concerned, it is easy to see their genuine love of animals. They were friendly and welcoming and took great care of our new senior family member.
