“Great service, friendly bankers. This Wells Fargo is a small branch located inside of Bashas' grocery store. While this is convenient for one-stop shopping, the hours are limited and access to the ATM is quite obviously, not 24 hours. The line to speak with a teller is usually 3-4 deep, but moves quickly. The line for the ATM is usually even longer. Wells Fargo would do well to add a second ATM, perhaps one that could be accessed from the outside (after hours). Minus one star for issues getting my replacement debit card mailed to my house, and for poor customer service from the manager.”

“I have NO idea what all the bad reviews are about. I opened an account because Wells Fargo closed in my area. Lisa could not have been nicer and the whole branch seemed to run smoothly. Maybe it's just the times with with Corona, fire smoke, etc. The manager came in to meet me personally.Sorry, I don't get it. Best move I ever made.”
