The lady who efficiently runs the very quiet and clean comfortable little place is so very sweet, yet she stands her ground if needed. It's right near everything downtown Williams Az and I absolutely recommend as I've stopped in a number of times. Keep it simple. Love 💕 it!

Very affordable, rooms are quiet and comfy and staff are friendly. Everything is walking distance and is also a 5 minute drive to Bearizona.

Owner operatored. Great accomodations. Not over priced. Clean rooms and in town. I will stay here again in the future ☺
