The trip is relaxing and scenic, even if the scenery isn’t always breathtaking. Onboard staff, such as the car PSA and the luxury parlor car attendant, provide exceptional service, making the ride feel special. Passengers can easily check in, leave luggage, and have it delivered to their rooms at the Grand Canyon National Park, enhancing convenience. Nearby activities include visiting shops and restaurants, with the train depot just outside the hotel. Although some train cars may have dirty windows or sun in the eyes, the overall experience is highly valued. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with a huge burning fireplace. The staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless clean and contained shower items. The buffet dinner was excellent with delicious options and an outstanding wait staff. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Great, clean hotel right at the entrance to the national park. Ismelda is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay.

We had a wonderful time! Hotel was very clean everything worked . Warm fire place out front hot coffee. Front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The train ride was great so much fun. I will always remember this trip and hopefully come back some day soon!
