This Chevron station is a great place to stop for fuel, rest, and snacks before arriving at the Grand Canyon. The location is nice and well stocked, featuring a large gift shop with cool artifacts, a cowboy and jewelry shop, and nice things to look through. Many find the souvenirs more expensive than at the Grand Canyon itself, and snacks can be overpriced, but the convenience is appreciated. A major highlight for many is the real functioning Zoltar fortune-telling machine, which provides great feelings of nostalgia and is worth stopping for, especially for fans of the film *Big*. It is only a buck and offers good advice. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and cool to chat with. Outside, there are classic cars to look at around the corner of the building. The amazing red Mexican food truck parked out front receives exceptional praise for its absolutely delicious and incredible food, including the best burrito and quesadilla, excellent tacos, and spicy tamales. The service is excellent and friendly. This pit stop is well worth it for gas, a travel shop, restrooms, and the outstanding food truck, making it a recommended visit.
