“**Ignore the one star reviews that complain about not using the restroom because the restroom is only available to to pay customers and not rude, entitled tourists who don’t plan on giving any support to the business.**
I love this place for many reasons, and I have had no problem with them in the four years I’ve lived in the area. The laundromat is probably my favorite part, and the prices are so good in my opinion. I love it 24 hours because I prefer to come in when no one‘s there and just knock out a ridiculous amount of laundry that I have. They have really nice people who work there and they’ve been very friendly and never anything but a pleasure to do business with.
The gentleman who works there (I’m not sure if he owns it or just helps them) is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. He is definitely someone who understands respect- how to treat others with respect as well as to be treated with respect.”

“Very clean, very pleasant. Stopped here on a mindless drive; they didn't have the soda I like but I didn't expect that of a middle-of-nowhere shell. Would come again”
“Service is slow most of the time, long lines. They exchange propane but the girls they hire can barely manage sometimes. Hard to find workers in Williams, I know, but this is a complex gas station and needs better workers. To be fair all the places in Williams are like this. It's pretty annoying trying to get things done. I really like their gas pump setup though.”
“This is a great stop for some Grand Canyon gear. They have different stuff than the visitor center in the park, so loading up on this stuff is still worth it. Prices were very inexpensive. Also very neat store with locally made jewelry in the annex of the builiding.”

“The toilets were clean and there were various souvenirs.
I had planned to buy some souvenirs on the way home, but
I returned home without being tired from sightseeing.”
“Let's be honest for a moment. This is one of the few places in between the Grand Canyon and civilization, (Williams or Flagstaff.)If prices are your biggest issue during travel, you shouldn't be traveling or going on vacation. Tourist spots are always going to have 'insane prices' due to its location towards any major attraction(s). Facts are facts. This place is a gem in the middle of nowhere, the work and dedication to keep it running is beyond belief. There's some workers there who seem to be more irritable or easy to agitate than others. But that's customer service 101. They're dealing with the nightmare fuel of Pappy and Zoltar, who, I must say, would drive me insane if I worked there. Props to everyone who's working there and keeping the business alive. Cheers mates!”

“Passing through Williams I stopped to get gas and locked myself out of my car. The two women who work their went way above and beyond their duties by calling around for me to try and find me assistance and when none was found they did everything within abilities to get me in my car. Along with others from town that stopped and helped. Noone made me feel bad and we're extremely kind. If your near Williams stop, stay and spend some money ! ????????”
“We had a couple of tires on our 5th wheel trailer damaged due to the TERRIBLE condition of the I-40!!! Potholes so bad people on Waze were reporting them. We pulled into the Shell station Saturday night at 8pm and Jose was very kind and allowed us to park overnight. Keith and Juan arrived at 6:30 am Sunday put new tires on the trailer and fixed the valve core on the front tire of our truck. We are so grateful for their service as it made our experience more pleasant. Thank you so much!!”

“The Zoltar machine was one of the best parts of my trip to the Grand Canyon. It's a real functioning one just like in the move Big that I grew up watching. I wished I was small. Zoltar gave me some good advice that was sorely needed. I also made it out the door with a dreamcatcher and a Mexican cross for around $32. The employees were cool to me, enjoyed chatting with them. I cannot recall how the gas prices were because my tank was already full, but if I remember correctly I either couldnt find any pesticide-free grain-free snacks or they were overpriced. I know I didn't buy any food nor drinks. I plan to visit the Zoltar machine again on my way out. For Big fans, the Zoltar machine alone is worth stopping here. It's only a buck! Great feelings of nostalgia to my childhood. No dance-top floor piano, but even triggering those memories of the film are good enough. Can't wait to consult Zoltar again for some more advice. Being big is a drag... costs too much to stay well fed. Zoltar- I wish I was small!”
“Great little convenience store with tons of local suppliers. The front desk clerks are helpful and the u-haul rental side of it is a breeze to work with mainly online but the clerks can help as well”
“Seemed to be a little run down but proved to be fine. I was filling up an RV so wanted a lot of fuel but due to prices in Williams (and possibly being on route 66) I decided to put a small amount in and the drive to Flagstaff where I had to return a car. No issues with putting a small amount of fuel in. The staff/owner was friendly and welcoming and made the whole process easy.”
“This ExxonMobil has an old town style with excellent customer service and a small dining area if you need something to just relax on. Great prices and wonderful atmosphere. Very clean as well.”
“Stopped here for gas on the way to Grand Canyon. Restrooms were clean and there were a couple of tables inside, next to what appears to be a closed deli section.”

“Kary is awesome. I locked my keys in my truck like a knucklehead. But Kary provided tools and expertise. And I was rolling in 30 minutes. Very cool manager there at Loves Williams”

“Stopped for air in a low tire and when we went in to get change for the air machine they were honest and told us it didn’t work well and where we could go for free air. Really appreciate the honesty!”

“We needed a quick fill-up, bathroom break, and snack grab and this was a good place for it. Right off the freeway, access was easy. The gentleman working that day was so polite. Shout out to him for making the stop nice. Bathroom was clean.”
“We stopped her for potable water to fill our RV. It’s $0.25 a gallon and the service was amazing. The guys working this place basically did it all for us. They honestly didn’t even want us to help them. I highly recommend the 76.”
