A wonderful little hardware store. I came in on Thursday morning and wish I had gotten the woman's name who helped me. She was awesome, went above and beyond great customer service. I needed to see if an x-lg lawnchair would fit in my van. She came outside with me and let me try it out before buying it. She was so nice !
Im camping here and my chair broke. You guys saved me , great little town with nice people!

I love True Value!! They have EVERYTHING and then some. Anything for home improvement, outdoor decorative, laundry, dish, etc. The employees are always friendly and joking around with customers. I only go to True Value. Pretty much anything you want from a Home Depot you can get at True Value.

The staff is always helpful. They take you to where the item you’re looking for is. Not the case at those big box stores. They seem to have whatever I need, even when I don’t know exactly what it’s called. LOL

The staff here is always helpful and always goes out of their way to make sure you get the help you need.
It’s good to keep the spending local
And they have everything you could ever imagine from hardware to fishing gear to heaters and plumbing and hose, bibs and bird feeders, pretty much everything

Returned wood hole saw that was so bent you could not use it and I am still not sure why it was so bent everything looks brand new removed the drill bit and put it back and still big wobble unusable and they had the attitude that it was my fault questioned my honesty

I've had some pretty good help at this store. They have some very knowledgeable staff members that have been able to help me find some pretty odd ball items. A little pricey on some items, reasonable on others, is what it is. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is much easier to just go to the store and find out about their stock than call. Their new cashiers are learning though, and they are trying, so kudos ?. We all use different words for some of the same items, especially me being from the east coast, colloquial language barriers! ?

Lazy RUDE staff. Completely unwilling to offer help . I was able to drive from ash fork az all the way to the Williams location on hold. Poorly managed location
