Decent travel shop with lots of small gift options or travel trinkets. Bathrooms are decent but not great.

Great stop on the way to the South Rim. Lots of John Wayne stuff and they have Sioux City sarsaparilla. Staff was friendly. Note, even the Navajo/Dineh store at Monument Valley has imported, non Navajo/Dineh made items. Just like on Alltribes.com, they will tell you what is genuine Native American made.
