Wanted to post about our visit and meal at the Sipp Shoppe right across the street of the famous Corner in Winslow Az. As we sat there, I really enjoyed watching the folks our ages, young people, teenagers and families all stopping by to take their photos. Our stop was for the same purpose.
The Cafe is really unique. Was originally a bank as you will see in the pics. I had their version of a crepe and it was sooooo good. I chose mine with whipped creme strawberries and almonds. My husband had the most delicious breakfast taco he ever ate. I had some too. A family came in and ordered hand made ice cream and sodas. I bet all their dishes are great. We both highly recommend to enjoy a nice meal prior to your visit to the iconic Corner in Winslow, AZ.

We were blown away with how good this restaurant was!! Absolutely recommend the squash blossoms, it sounds weird but its so yummy!!! Can also watch the trains pass while at dinner.

Bojo's Grill & Sports Club

Was doing the “Standing on the corner thing” ya know, the Eagles. When we were done we went into a gift shop and the nice lady behind the counter said go try Bojo’s Grill & Sports bar. Nice place inside. The restaurant and bar are separated from each other. When we arrived, we were told to sit anywhere we would like. We did not sit for even 30 second when the waiter came by. He asked what we wanted to drink and came back in about 45 seconds or so. He asked did we need more time and we answered no. We both gave him our orders. He did not have to write anything down. The wait time for the food was under half of what you would normally have to wait. The taste of both of our dishes were great. I had the Navajo taco and the girlfriend had chicken burrito. I had never had a Navajo taco and it was delicious. Hope that they taster like this in Phoenix. The girlfriend’s food was just like she ordered. She does not like beans or to hot of spices. Great place to eat. Will eat here again when we go through.
