“Had an issue with Amazon transferring a k9 prescription to USPS on a Friday. Reached out to the post office and was blown away at the customer service provided. Both Terri and Darcy went above and beyond to address my issue and even followed up after to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Best service I’ve had at any post office. Thank you for all your help.”

“Natalie is beyond terrific with patiently and efficiently helping me through the most frustrating Amazon return process over the phone and having to box an item that couldn’t be disassembled into its original shipping box. She even did it all past the closing time while I was still on the phone and wrote the supervisor’s difficult Indian name down on my receipt for me. All with a sweet gracious attitude. I’ve used this store repeatedly for returns and they’ve always been helpful and friendly. And I’m always at the end of their day. By far my favorite UPS store anywhere.”
