“Natalie is beyond terrific with patiently and efficiently helping me through the most frustrating Amazon return process over the phone and having to box an item that couldn’t be disassembled into its original shipping box. She even did it all past the closing time while I was still on the phone and wrote the supervisor’s difficult Indian name down on my receipt for me. All with a sweet gracious attitude. I’ve used this store repeatedly for returns and they’ve always been helpful and friendly. And I’m always at the end of their day. By far my favorite UPS store anywhere.”
