I recently made a mistake when returning packages, accidentally swapping the labels between two items—one meant for UPS and the other for Amazon. Without realizing my error, I rushed to deliver them. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the mix-up and panicked. I hurried back to the UPS store, hoping they could help.
Honestly, before I went back to search for the mislabeled package, I had already assumed there might be no way to get it back.
To my relief, the entire UPS team went above and beyond to assist me. The carrier driver, Joel, was incredibly kind and thorough. When I explained my situation, he reassured me with a friendly and comforting, “Don’t worry, we will find the package for you.” Despite the truck being full of packages, Joel patiently removed every single box to search for the mislabeled package and then reloaded them afterward. His dedication and positive attitude were truly remarkable.
The store workers, Meenu and Natalie, were very friendly and equally supportive. They helped checking the label numbers, verified every detail, and worked diligently to assist me. Thanks to their combined efforts, Joel ultimately managed to locate my package!
I am so grateful for their patience, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Their professionalism and kindness turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming reminder of how much good customer service matters. “Usually a good place that has nice associates and moves pretty fast and a lot can be done there and open 7 days. However, the llast couple of days the have been cranking the music up so that its hard to communicate and today's music had heavy metal that was loud, crude, unbearable and obnoxious. If there is going to be music let it be soft and peaceful.”

Rodney brought to my attention a missing item on the forms to be notarized. He was absolutely correct. The bank made a mistake. Rodney saved me from having to do it all twice. Service when I returned with forms sorted out was also efficient. They pay attention here and look out for their customers!”

“I never did see any kind of sign of marker but deduced it was inside CVS. Once inside, same - no signage (or I’m blind haha). Once the cashier told me he could accept my package - it was all good. He was quick, friendly, gave me a receipt and I was on my way.”
“This visit was better than prior. To print aprox 30 pages it cost about seven dollars this time. The last time it cost us nearly 30.00 to have some pages printed. They have you use a self service computer where you log into your email and obtain the files you choose to print. You request it to print and after they charge you for the time it takes to use their computer and every page you print. It is a good service but overpriced for some ink and paper. The lady who assisted us this time was very sweet and helpful. In the past we have dealt with a woman who speaks way to quickly and way to much. While gouging you for computer time just to print papers. I believe she is a manager of spurts because she was training someone. If she is here on our next visit we will patron a different business.”

I've witnessed a few custom who came in upset and in a hurry, only to leave after they've been helped by the clerk with a big smile and at times joking and laughing. So nice to be treated as an actual person with ki dress, efficiency and knowledgeable personnals who represent the USPS well.”
