“My brother has used this place for years and recently I had the chance to as well. Chuck I can say is a great guy and operates with some core values making things right with whoever he deals with and I would definitely use him and his team again.
Should anyone ever have a problem or a misunderstanding "with this or any other buisness for that matter" I highly suggest taking care of it in person and avoid going online.

Every time I have had to scramble to look for one cause my local UPS always has an issue with having an available notary person, they have one. Every Time. Save time and go there if you need one. They also have shipping supplies and sell other shipping related stuff.”

“The 2x cream is a game changer for some arthritis areas that have had a lot of surgery. It’s the only thing that truly makes it go away. Icy Hot distracts for me but doesn’t actually resolve this issue and the 2x does.
Additionally my dog has had noticeable improvement in his arthritis from the bacon flavored cbd oil.
Can not recommend these products enough.”

I recently made a mistake when returning packages, accidentally swapping the labels between two items—one meant for UPS and the other for Amazon. Without realizing my error, I rushed to deliver them. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the mix-up and panicked. I hurried back to the UPS store, hoping they could help.
Honestly, before I went back to search for the mislabeled package, I had already assumed there might be no way to get it back.
To my relief, the entire UPS team went above and beyond to assist me. The carrier driver, Joel, was incredibly kind and thorough. When I explained my situation, he reassured me with a friendly and comforting, “Don’t worry, we will find the package for you.” Despite the truck being full of packages, Joel patiently removed every single box to search for the mislabeled package and then reloaded them afterward. His dedication and positive attitude were truly remarkable.
The store workers, Meenu and Natalie, were very friendly and equally supportive. They helped checking the label numbers, verified every detail, and worked diligently to assist me. Thanks to their combined efforts, Joel ultimately managed to locate my package!
I am so grateful for their patience, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Their professionalism and kindness turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming reminder of how much good customer service matters. Rodney brought to my attention a missing item on the forms to be notarized. He was absolutely correct. The bank made a mistake. Rodney saved me from having to do it all twice. Service when I returned with forms sorted out was also efficient. They pay attention here and look out for their customers!”
“Needed some information on some services that UPS provides and the young associate behind the counter was very nice, but didn’t seem too knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. He did ask the manager about it and she was able to help both of us. Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has gone up quite a bit, otherwise this would have been 5 stars. All things considered, it was still a very pleasant experience.”
