“Took care of an alternator r & r that I just wasnt motivated to tackle. They were able to do the job on short notice on a Saturday. I was not expecting to get the car back till Monday but they got it done in a couple of hours and we picked up the car Sarurday afternoon. They had good communication and reasonable pricing. Good repair shops are not cheap but this was a great value. It's a very competent shop. I will definately use them again.”
“Very friendly, took care of my car. Went there with a groupon. Only issue is they found something wrong with my car and gave me a quote on how much it would be to fix it and they wanted 500 more than other places. I will just take it elsewhere from now on.”

I hated going to my dealership for oil changes bc even with an app, they would take more than 2 hrs to do it & always try to sell me things I didn’t need. I made an app at Big O bc many of my friends recommended them. I made an app for 8:30 on Saturday morning and my oil change was completed in 30 mins! I will definitely recommend this business to my family & friends! Thanks for the excellent service, Big O!”
