“I recently purchased a washer / dryer from Castorena & Comapny, after reading good reviews about them. They don't have a fancy showroom or vulture salespeople. What they have is very personable service and a dedication to customer satisfaction!!They ran into a snag getting the appliances from their main distributor and it was going to take a long time getting what I had ordered. They went above and beyond looking for other distributors that could get the appliances in quicker. I got a call at 8 o'clock one night telling me that they had found a distributor that would be shipping the appliances the next day. I was impressed that their day didn't just quit at 5 and forget about the customers! When they got both appliances in, I was called again with an update and a delivery time. They told me between 9:30 and 10 am. The install delivery men were at my door at 9:31.....wow, punctual! A quality I greatly appreciate it! The two guys who delivered and installed the items were very efficient and personable. I told one of the guys he could throw the packing material into my recycle bin because it was pick up day. Not only did he clean up all the packing material, he wheeled the bin to the curb for me. I'm old so I really appreciated this kindness. if I ever need another appliance, I will not be shopping any big box stores. I will go back to these guys! Thank you Daniel and Rodrigo and the two guys who installed and delivered. I'm sorry I didn't get your names but you know who you are!”

“This kid named Aaron...what a great person to have as an employee! I had gone to Home Depot a few days ago to buy siding. We didn't buy enough, so I went back to HD today to find more siding similar to what we had already bought. Let me just say that there were a few problems that caused me to be in the store for a longer time than I anticipated but Aaron never left my side, although he got called away a couple of times. He always came back because he knew I would need help getting my purchase to my car. Seriously, Aaron stayed with me and helped me find siding that matched the same siding that I had purchased several days earlier. He called other employees over to help because it appeared that what I was trying to match was no longer available. He even called the guys in the back to see if they could give me what I was looking for. This guy came out to my car to look at the panels I still had in my truck that had purchased several days earlier to see I'd he could find the ones that matched. What an awesome guy and employee. He never flinched from helping me.”
