“I live alone and am pretty trusting of other people so it came as a shock to find someone had gotten into my account and had taken $500.00 from it with another equal amount pending. I went to the bank to dispute these claims and was brought into the office to speak with Michael. He calmed me down and immediately reversed the charges, issued me another card and explained how these things can happen. I was so relieved to know my money is safe in the hands of people who care . This Branch is close to me and is convenient.After you do your banking, you can just walk and shop at the other store ls in this Mall, then have a Pizza ?, then after your pizza just go next door for coffee or a smoothie with boba.... Also there is a lot of parking. I Highly Recommend this Place ?”

I decided I needed help from a local branch. I was pleasantly surprised. I got outstanding customer service by Isaac Armas. He was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond and did everything for me except paying for my loan himself. Excellent customer service like this needs to be recognized and commended. Great job and thank you Isaac :)”
“A few months ago we opened accounts at Chase Bank next to Fry's on Fortuna Rd. I can't believe how thoroughly pleasant it has been banking there. Easily the friendliest, most professional bank we've ever used. The branch manager even worked through her lunch hour to help us. We've returned three times since and our experience has been stellar. I don't know if banking was ever like this in the past, but it should be like this everywhere. We had intended to bank at the Wells Fargo nearby, but Wells Fargo made a poor impression, and in any event had no one on duty who could open an account. So we tried Chase. And that made all the difference.”
