One of the easiest rental places I've dealt with. The staff is friendly and accommodating, The process takes under five minutes to get the car and less than to 2 min drop off. I have used this location three times in the last six months. Highly recommend

Personnel at point of pick-up were Exceptionally helpful as I needed both date and and drop-off changes due to flight cancellation. Betty handled it all easily and quickly without any problems.Good Job!!

Perfect service except for the agent at 1-800 number who took my incident report no. 61716740. He was apathetic, incompetent and had little knowledge of rules.
