“I love this store, both in person and online you can get coupons and discounts. The quality of the fabrics surprises and makes it worth every penny. There is still a discount for military personnel. The store has clothes of all sizes, models and types. Every time I went it was always tidy and the staff was on the move. There are fitting rooms, plus size options, men's, women's, kids. The place has a bathroom. I was surprised by the service, all the staff were good-natured and very pleasant. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me at the register. I highly recommend it and I've already been back there again!”

“It is said that when you go to a place it is good to say hello or that they greet you and on this occasion it was like that. It is gratifying that out of courtesy they greet you I approached a person who I asked on different occasions things that I did not know and he was clear and helpful there was a lot to see and a lot to buy cheap things and things of a little more value, but personally I was pleased to be ready to leave. The cashier was pleasant, even though she has a great job, she was not indifferent and was kind. I had no problem with transportation and a good place”

“Planet X is a great store, and I’ve been shopping here for years mainly for their hat selection. They always have a solid variety and often run a buy-one-get-one-50%-off deal, which makes it a go-to spot for me. The only downside is that they no longer carry rainbow sandals, which I really wish they’d bring back. Outside of hats, I don’t shop much here, but overall, Planet X is a great place to find good styles and deals.”

“Everyone seems to have a bad experience with customer service here but the employee (who which I forgot the name of , but she looked like nikki from obsession lol) , that helped me was so nice she made me cry in the dressing room , I couldn’t find what style I wanted and she told me exactly were to find it and gave me a jumpstart by picking a few I might like , when a shirt I got wouldn’t scan her and another employee spent forever trying to get it to work while keeping conversation the whole time. Give ms nikki look-a-like a raise 🥹🥹”

“I like the store, but sometimes I have really bad fatigue and the lines get so long that sometimes I have to make a decision of if I really want my stuff and just sit on the floor while I’m in line or if I’m just gonna put stuff back on the shelf and just leave the store. America needs to have more stores with drivable carts for people with fatigue and other medical issues.”
