“I had a great shopping experience at dd’s DISCOUNTS! The store was well-organized, had a wide variety of affordable items, and the deals were unbeatable. What made my visit even better was the amazing customer service from Itzel. She was super friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely care about customers, but Itzel was outstanding! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others. Thank you, Itzel, for your excellent service!”

“I rarely leave reviews, but I want to acknowledge the outstanding effort and service we received from Al's Tailor. My son was recently the best man in my brother's wedding and could not make it to Yuma until the wedding day. My wife and I picked up his tuxedo to speed up the process. We notice that Al's closed at 12pm and were concerned the tux may not fit right, as my son is an irregular size. The owner said, "no problem, here is my cell phone and I will come back if you need". My son tried on the tux, and the fit wasn't right. She had received incomplete measurements on the order, through no fault of her own. She was absolutely fantastic. We called her and she came right in and was pleasant about it, too. She tried multiple jackets and pants on my son until we found two that fit perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and went so far above her duty. We live in CA and won't likely be needing a tuxedo soon, but I want to express to those that will. This lady was exceptional and she will do everything she can to make things right. What more can you ask for?”

“Spoke with Lanie this afternoon and was so impressed with her customer service. I needed to know if they had a plush lamb or sheep and without hesitation she sent me a view images of what they had. Loved the ease of this purchase and especially the customer service. Great job Lanie and thank you.”

“This store in (Yuma, Az.) doesn't have a jewelry counter, which is what I went in there looking for. This was a smaller Kohl's than I am use to shopping in. Yuma is a smaller town too which is quite alright. I love it here. I'm grateful to have a Kohl's at all.”

“I absolutely love this boutique! The owner is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and not judgemental. As someone who is on the heavier side, she finds outfits that look perfect for me and is always there to help. You can ask any questions and she will answer! Lovely selection of clothing and jewelry and she gets inventory weekly. Highly recommend this place! Shop local!”

“I love this store, both in person and online you can get coupons and discounts. The quality of the fabrics surprises and makes it worth every penny. There is still a discount for military personnel. The store has clothes of all sizes, models and types. Every time I went it was always tidy and the staff was on the move. There are fitting rooms, plus size options, men's, women's, kids. The place has a bathroom. I was surprised by the service, all the staff were good-natured and very pleasant. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me at the register. I highly recommend it and I've already been back there again!”

“It is said that when you go to a place it is good to say hello or that they greet you and on this occasion it was like that. It is gratifying that out of courtesy they greet you I approached a person who I asked on different occasions things that I did not know and he was clear and helpful there was a lot to see and a lot to buy cheap things and things of a little more value, but personally I was pleased to be ready to leave. The cashier was pleasant, even though she has a great job, she was not indifferent and was kind. I had no problem with transportation and a good place”

“Lovely place. They have so much. Too bad they don't have Huntrix merchandise yet but I was able to find these fingerless gloves! Bought both pairs and wore one of each to go see Kpop Demon hunters at the theater. ? The butterfly press on nails were 30% off? I have also bought earrings from this place. Kind staff. ?”

“Lorena did an amazing job with my hair. She took amazing care of me and took my red box dyed hair to blonde in one day. She also gave me medium layers while keeping my length as I asked. I left so happy and it was money worth spent. Book with Lorena!”

“Everyone seems to have a bad experience with customer service here but the employee (who which I forgot the name of , but she looked like nikki from obsession lol) , that helped me was so nice she made me cry in the dressing room , I couldn’t find what style I wanted and she told me exactly were to find it and gave me a jumpstart by picking a few I might like , when a shirt I got wouldn’t scan her and another employee spent forever trying to get it to work while keeping conversation the whole time. Give ms nikki look-a-like a raise 🥹🥹”
