The rental desk agent was a very nice young man. It’s Enterprise taking advantage of the rental timing this time, compared to what I was charged on the earlier car rental a couple of months back that bothers me.

The rep at the airport was excellent. Changed our reservation from one airport to another so we could drive the next leg of our trip because we missed our connecting flight because of the airlines mistake. They were great. Wouldn't think of using another rental company. Top notch.
