Fry's Pharmacy is a compassionate and kind local pharmacy with very knowledgeable pharmacists who take time to explain things. The staff is phenomenal, dedicated, and truly cares, often working hard under pressure. They are described as overwhelmed, overworked, and underappreciated, especially during challenging times and the holiday season when an influx of winter visitors leads to long lines and waiting times all day. The pharmacy can become very busy, with phones often going unanswered due to high demand. Despite the frustration of long waits, many customers express deep appreciation for the staff's hard work, noting that the lines have improved and that no other pharmacy will do. Patience and kindness toward the hardworking team are strongly encouraged.
Went to the drive thru. I have had my moments particularly for the very long line and long waits...however, today I had a young lady Name started with Ailani she was kind and efficient. I was so happy be cause I was really feeling poorly.

I hate that they don’t answer the phone have to drive 5 miles to get a prescription transferred ..

Yes it's frustrating the long lines. But they work so hard. And people are so rude, I appreciate all they do, and I tell them thank you and what a great job they are doing
