“This is a complicated story and was made uncomplicated by Pharmacy tech Jazmine. I have been using Walmart pet pharmacy for a few months now, no issues until we received a cancellation for one our heart medications for our little Shitzu. I ran into issues with Walgreens on getting pet medications from there. I was under the same impression that the Walmart Pharmacy would not be able to assist me either as online they have the Walmart Pet Pharmacy that takes you to an entirely new window when clicked online. I had recently spoken with the Walmart Specialty Pharmacy hotline with a Miana and she stated I should call the Walmart the handles Chewy's medication(mind you have been on the phone with multiple people trying to figure out who to speak with and what to do). I looked on our Walmart profile and I had no way of contacting or even locating what pharmacy Chewy's medication came out of. I contacted the Yuma Pharmacy because that is our Home store. Jazmine took my call, I asked for her name because I like to be on first name basis with people who assist me. Jazmine seemed unsure why I asked but I AM SO GLAD I DID. Jazmine listened to my situation and checked the system to find our pet. She stated there were no records of him there. Jazmine put me on a brief hold to see if any medication for Chewy had been delivered. She stated no meds had been delivered for Chewy. Another helpful technician answered the phone to ensure I was helped, THANk YOU for checking! :D Jazmine returned and I explained our situation with what was showing online. It stated that we had a cancelled delivery for the medication but another purchase of the same medication being delivered for the following day. My concern was that we received a cancellation email and I was wanting to ensure Chewy has what he needs. Jazmine got more information and was able to locate the pharmacy that we have been getting shipments from. She then stated that they do in fact handle pet medication at her location as well. She offered to update the pharmacy location to her in Yuma and I jumped on that. She then offered to have all of our other medication come from her spot as well. I took that too! Jazmine asked if I wanted to come in for the refill on the medication. I informed her that if the shipment on our profile does not get delivered, I will come in. She said no problem we will be here. I had been on the phone for almost an hour trying to identify the holes in the situation. Thank you Jazmine for your professionalism, kindness and your calming demeanor. Had it not been for you, I would not be able to rest easy knowing I have a plan to take care of my little Chewy.

One of the pharmacists at the Foothills location mixed up our insurance and was very rude, hanging up on the discharge nurse and my wife while trying to confirm her insurance information. We canceled the prescription at the Foothills location and transferred it to the 24th Street Fry's Pharmacy. Jaqolyn and Brandon were kind, patient, and took the time to help us.”
