I sadly deal with a lot of prescriptions and these people are absolutely horrible as nobody cares. They have screwed me around month after month and I'm done. I will not EVER step foot in this store ever again.

I have some scripps filled at fry's because they are cheaper sometimes and I'm paying cash since I don't have insurance. Anyways, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I've turned in scripts muliple times and they promised me them at a certain time and they never had them ready. I;ve had to go there several times to get my scrpits as I was running out of my meds. I understand that kroger, inc. is trying to save money on wages but they should sacrifice good customer service and they are. Shame on you Kroger!!!!

The woman working at the pharmacy isn't nice. They keep filling my 90 day prescriptions for 30 days. My doctor even called in all new prescriptions to make sure they're all 90 day, but again they filled for a 30 day amount. Then the pharmacist asked me if I'd be interested in 90 day refills. The woman quickly claimed that the drug company doesn't do 90 day. They're all generic. I decided to just switch pharmacies.Hopefully Fry's pharmacy gets a clue eventually and hires decent workers who treat people with kindness. They also closed their drive thru window permanently. No sign or anything until you pull in and realize it's closed.

There are some new faces there. I'm sure they are just as kind as the other staff. I hope they have just added more people and not under staffed.I've written a review before. And I'll say the same. I like Frys Pharmacy no other will do. They are compassionate and kind and si.e days they work under pressure. Especially during the holiday months when everyone stays in Yuma. The lines have gotten better, but they were under staffed during the days of the long lines. I've been with them 4 years.I tried CVS, horrible and rude. I came right back and have not left. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain things to me.. my medications ate usually ready.. on there end maybe not the DRs. Lol.I love my little Pharmacy. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks!!

The Pharmacy staff is overwhelmed, over worked, under appreciated and, I'm sure, underpaid. They are phenomenal at what they do especially given the current challenging times they are working in. They truly care and I know they don't like the lines any more than you and I do. Wait patiently and speak kindly to them and about them. I'm thankful that they are here and doing their best!

Okay. The lines are long…all day. You want to blast Fry’s Pharmacy because it’s taking way too long to get a prescription filled. Then, when you finally get up to the window and see the bags and bags of processed prescriptions you realize these dedicated workers are just being inundated by the hoards, yes, hoards, of winter visitors. Often these customers are rude and impatient. I wonder how the staff is able to deal with it day after day. And, you think you might squeeze in elsewhere? Look at the lines there, too.

I tried calling, let it ring up to 30 mins over 5 days to get a computer error fixed & get a refill done. The line has been an hour long inside and out. My trk broke down from the battery being drained. With my condition I just can't wait this long & have gone wo much needed, vital meds several days a number of times because of the wait. Unacceptable! The employees are nice, I doubt it's their fault Fry's doesn't hire near enough people to cover customers. This puts people who physically can't wait in these unbelievably long lines, health at risk.

Never enough staff working. Always a line. Nobody answers the phone for questions unless you let it ring, literally, for 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes after they answer and immediately put you back on hold. There is always ay least 10 or more people in line. Why can't they hire people?? I only come here because I have been a kroger customer for over 20 years. Always takes an hour. Most of the staff is nice.

Don’t like the long lines and waiting times. This is entirely due to fact they are overwhelmed by our visitors from out of state . Just look at the many extra vehicles crowding our roads, restaurants, doctor offices , pharmacies and anything free.Gee, they don’t answer your phone calls. I imagine there are others calling also. This season from what I’ve seen there are more people than ever before . Plus the Covid issues .Give it some thought before you vent .

30 to correct a prescription...did my shopping, checked out, now 30 + minutes in drive thru with groceries in the back! Time to go mail order.

Yes it's frustrating the long lines. But they work so hard. And people are so rude, I appreciate all they do, and I tell them thank you and what a great job they are doing

Not the staffs fault. Line from the pick up counter all the way to the dairy section and drive thru closed. Hard to be a local here in the winter time.

Terrible. Can’t get a hold of anyone to refill a prescription. When you get referred, they don’t answer or hang up on you.

Way understaffed, lines are incredibly long.
