Fry's Pharmacy is a compassionate and kind local pharmacy with very knowledgeable pharmacists who take time to explain things. The staff is phenomenal, dedicated, and truly cares, often working hard under pressure. They are described as overwhelmed, overworked, and underappreciated, especially during challenging times and the holiday season when an influx of winter visitors leads to long lines and waiting times all day. The pharmacy can become very busy, with phones often going unanswered due to high demand. Despite the frustration of long waits, many customers express deep appreciation for the staff's hard work, noting that the lines have improved and that no other pharmacy will do. Patience and kindness toward the hardworking team are strongly encouraged.
Staff has always been professional. Long waits do occur during peak snowbird months and partly due to timing. In my experience, late afternoons and evenings are less busy. Pharmacist(s) offer education regarding meds that customer isn't familiar with or may have questions about.
