“My experience at Westwood Home Furnishings was the best experience I have had buying furniture. I was able to go into their show room and look around without feeling any pressure. When I did have questions Judy was quick to get me the information I needed. I also loved that I was not stuck with a table and the chairs that came standard with it, I was able to mix different chairs and tables. With this I was able to find my perfect table and chairs.One thing I appreciated was being kept in the loop with the status of my items. I received a phone call when they were ready to ship, when they shipped and when they were ready to be delivered.The staff at Westwood really went above and beyond. “We had an incredible experience. We walked in and purchased what we needed, took less than 30 minutes. Lots of choices, good prices. No one tried to push us into looking at things we didn't want/need. When the furniture was delivered, we discovered it did not fit! Without hesitation, the delivery crew called and helped find an alternative and brought me a new piece that fit (and looks amazing)... all within just a couple hours. They were very accommodating for my work schedule and helped make sure I got what worked for my family as fast as possible.”

“I go here often to find kitchen products and it's always a good experience but on my latest visit I had a worker ask me if I needed help and while she worked we had a nice conversation. I do a lot of shopping at other stores and get greeter but never had someone try to make conversation. I wish I got her name because that kind of customer service is hard to find. That being said I love to shop here and find really good deals all the time.”

“HSOY thrift store is an amazing place to shop, relax, and to find cool stuff.Antiques, clothes, shoes, house decor, you name it they got a little of everything!!The staff and dedicated volunteers are friendly and work hard organizing items.The store is clean, clutter free, well organized, and the prices are cheap.They have weekly 50% sales on different merchandise. Items are tested to make sure it is in working condition before they put it up for sale. Some of the clothes still have the original price tags!!!!It's nice to know that the money spent at this thrift store goes to our local animals.I'm always stopping by at least once or twice a week to check out there inventory.The Manager Isabel, Christina G. andChristina P. are so friendly and take pride in representing HSOY mission.The store is closed on Sundays & Mondays.Who is ready to shop!!!”
