She became rude and belligerent because she couldn’t comprehend how to properly return something for free. Super star employee even offered to do it for her on her phone through Amazon after she still didn’t understand and continued to berate the store for trying to rip her off. So many people should not work in customer service this particular employee handled the situation with poise, class, professionalism, patience and kindness.
